OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  • ORBIS 783 Pocket does not require any adjustment, it works autonomously and it is sufficient to turn it on to make it operative;
  • ORBIS 783 is switched on by means of the micro button on the lower side (1), the RGB LED will light up with alternating rotating colours. It should be carried in a pocket or bag, placed on the worktop or at home;
  • Power supply and battery recharge are carried out through a DC5 Volt 1,000 mA USB Type C power supply unit (cable and battery charger supplied);
  • During charging, which takes about 5 hours, the device can also remain switched on during operation. The battery is a lithium polymer, voltage 3.7 Volt with a capacity of 2,000 mAh;
  • The autonomy of the device in operation is around 60 hours;
  • The field generated by ORBIS 783 Pocket has an extension of about 2 square meters is therefore a device for personal use to keep with you or placed near you;
  • Dimensions: 68 x 52 x 12 mm (L x W x H);

 

LED FUNCTIONS AND OPERATION

Position 1 – Switching on / off

  • Press and hold the button in position 1 for 4 seconds switching on the device leads to the consequent switching on of the RGB LED in position 2;
  • Subsequent pressing of the button for 4 seconds will turn off the device and the RGB LED;

 

Position 2 – Operating LED

  • The RGB LED in position 2 with the device switched on lights up with alternating colours in rotation to indicate the correct operation of the ORBIS783 Pocket.
  • When the device is switched on and the battery is almost flat (voltage approx. 3.5 Volts) it turns Red and remains this colour until the battery is completely flat.
  • When the device is switched off and not charging, it flashes GREEN when the battery is full (voltage greater than or equal to 3.7 Volts) yellow when the battery is almost flat (voltage approx. 3.6 Volts) red when the battery is flat (voltage less than or equal to 3.5 Volts).
  • When the device is switched off and charging, the flashing is blue.

 

Position 3 – Battery charge LED

  • The LED in position 3 acts as a charge status indicator and only comes on when the charger is connected to port 4;
  • Alternating blue/green LED light indicates precharge phase when the battery is completely discharged (voltage less than 3.4 Volts);
  • Blue LED light steady during regular charging phase;
  • Green LED light indicates full charge;
  • Time for a full battery charge is 4/5 hours;

 

Position 4 – Battery charging socket

  • USB Type C battery charger socket, voltage 5 Volt current 1 Ampere;
  • Lithium Polymer battery, voltage 3.7 Volts, capacity 2,000mAh;
  • Dimensions : 109 L / 67 W / 24 H mm;
  • Weight: 100 g;
