Orbis783 by Classic Radio Collection of Pavan Mario reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in case of doubts about the veracity – incomplete or incongruent personal data, payment defaults already manifested in previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of the credit card – or in case of unavailability of products.
The communication of refusal or cancellation of the order (by e-mail or telephone) may not be timely and may also take place following subsequent contact by the customer.
How to buy
1. Click on the desired product to access the relevant product sheet and view in detail all the information relevant to the product itself. Select the quantity and any size, then click on “Add to cart”.
2. Enter the necessary information for the shipment and select the payment method:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in article 5.1 above, the Customer must send a communication to Orbis783 to that effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address info@orbis783.com. You will receive an email with the return authorization and indications on the correct procedure to be carried out (courier, etc.).
In case of withdrawal, the customer must send the products in free port (shipment to be paid by the sender) at our warehouse, within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, to the following address:

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packs), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without are signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

– the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg accessories, accessories, etc …);
– for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: power supply, case, etc …);
– the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Orbis783, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
– in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Orbis783 will notify the Customer of this, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund; the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
– Orbis783 will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment.
Orbis783 will refund the customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any cost as a consequence of said refund, except for the return costs if he has not used the standard procedure indicated.
In any case, the Customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where Orbis783 ascertains that:
– the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact;
– the product is missing its external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
– the product is missing elements that integrate it and / or accessories

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Orbis783 will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

SHIPPING

The shipment of the products is made by courier.
A package tracking service is active for this shipper.
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, through a label affixed to the home. The delivery will be attempted twice: then, if not, the courier will try to contact the recipient. Orbis783 will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.
In the case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Orbis783 will not be held responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
o that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
or that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery, in the manner provided in this document.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination and the weight / volume of the package. The customer can view the cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it.

SHIPPING TIMES

The delivery of the products takes place within 24-72 hours, 24-48 hours after the order registration date. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by causes of force majeure or in the event of holidays. In case of purchase by credit card, the delay in shipping can be caused by the inability to withdraw the amount authorized for payment. (See: Payment of the payment). GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

ART. 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

Orbis783 reserves the right to accept or not deliveries requested outside the Italian or European borders.

ART. 6 – WARRANTIES

All products sold by Orbis783 are covered by the 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To take advantage of warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document.
The guarantee for lack of conformity will apply provided that the relative product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the instructions for use present in and / or with the product. The customer must send the products in free port (shipping to be paid by the sender).
In the event that, for any reason, Orbis783 is unable to return the product to the customer under warranty (restored or replaced), or if the repair or replacement were, also due to the value of the product, excessively expensive. Orbis783 will be able to proceed with the appropriate reduction of the price paid, i.e. the refund of the entire amount paid with termination of the contract.
In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).

ART. 9 – APPLICABLE LAW

The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution is governed by Italian Law, with the non-application of the conflict rules. The Court of the municipality of residence of Orbis783 will have jurisdiction to resolve the disputes.

ART. 10 – COPYRIGHT

Brands, logos and other distinctive signs on the site belong to their respective owners. The use of trademarks, logos and other distinctive signs is prohibited, including the reproduction on other websites by unauthorized third parties. ART. 11 – AGREEMENT
